We had a fantastic time enjoying the live music by the pool during our stay with the kids. The remodeled rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the proximity to the beach for quick dips. A highlight was indulging in delicious food at the wonderful restaurant next door.

For dads, it would be great if there was a family-friendly dining option onsite.

Consider using the valet service for parking to avoid the tight spaces. The beachfront access is wonderfully convenient.

I enjoyed my stay in the King Room with Sea View, where the breathtaking ocean views were simply mesmerizing. The room was spacious and well-kept, making it a pleasure to unwind. Dining was a delight, especially with the exceptional clam chowder that I'd highly recommend. However, it would be better if they could improve the speed of the service during peak hours, as my friends had to wait a little too long for their meals.

We enjoyed lovely ocean views and the beachfront access was super convenient. The kids loved the pool area, and we even caught some live music outside, which was fantastic for relaxing after a busy day. Our stay was comfortable with our newborn in tow.

The Pelham House Resort really impressed me with its stunning ocean views and beautifully maintained gardens. I loved having direct beach access right next to my room. The room itself was large and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable bed and gorgeous views. I stayed in the Deluxe King Room, Oceanfront, and waking up to the sound of the waves was a treat. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and I found the lack of grab bars in the shower concerning, especially for senior guests. There was also only one chair in the room, making it hard for both of us to relax without pulling outdoor furniture inside. Despite the small discomforts, the atmosphere was lovely, and the outdoor pool area was inviting, although it was too chilly to enjoy during my visit. Overall, a beautiful place with some attention needed in the rooms.

The Deluxe King Room Oceanfront was stunning! Huge windows showcasing breathtaking ocean views. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The room was clean and elegantly decorated with a lovely seating area. I really enjoyed having coffee on the private deck listening to the waves. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, but it had everything I needed.

Facility was beautifully decorated, and the beach access was superb. The warm and friendly staff, especially Amac and Joanne, turned our experience around from initially disappointing to fantastic. The outdoor pool area was inviting and clean, making it a great spot to relax.

The breakfast setup could use some improvements, as it was located in the basement and the steep stairs were a bit of a hassle. Would have appreciated better air conditioning in the room during our stay.
